I use a blend of CBT, DBT, person-centered, and systems approaches, with particular attention to attachment and relational patterns. I'm also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with mental health concerns, substance use, and suicidal ideation across a variety of settings. I also have experience working with adolescents experiencing psychosis, and with children and adolescents who are navigating a cancer diagnosis and its impact on their lives and families.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on meeting you where you are. I aim to offer a judgment-free space where you can show up as yourself.
