I have over twenty years of experience utilizing DBT, CBT, ACT, Gottman Method and DBT-PE, all treatments that are evidence based practices. I help individuals and couples learn tools to be more effective, present and regulated in their lives. All approaches are individualized to your specific goals.

Adherent DBT Skills group as part of a comprehensive program or addition to your treatment. This is not intended to be a stand-alone group. Includes learning Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills. Group is 90 minutes and takes approximately 10 months to complete all modules.
