I have been privileged to work with children, teens, & adults with a wide variety of family histories. Often our childhood experiences play a big part in how we develop as adults. I specialize in ADHD, Depression, Trauma, and Anxiety. I have trained and certified w many clinical evidence based tools . Mindfulness meditation, somatic awareness, CBT, Compassionate Inquiry, strengths perspective , IFS , EFT ) We will explore and find what bests supportive you.
I have been privileged to build trust with 100's of clients over the last 15 years of practice. Many children / teens and adults with severe depression, anxiety & trauma & go on to lead much happier, higher functioning lives. I’ve watched clients fall in love for the first time and form healthy relationships moving from extreme self-doubt to self-love.
