About
I am committed to working with individuals and couples who are struggling in their lives either because of a crisis, transition, relationship or long standing issue that one keeps bumping up against. By providing a safe space together we can explore your thoughts/ feelings and increase your understanding of self and others. Self-awareness leads to change and personal growth.
I bring 35 years of clinical experience to the table and have worked with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, LGBT issues, grief and loss and substance abuse. I will be invested in helping you live your life more fully and authentically.
My fees are commensurate with my training and level of experience. If experiencing financial hardship a sliding scale is available. Services may be covered by your health insurance. I will provide a statement for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. I participate with Anthem and Medicare otherwise I am considered an out-of-network provider.
