I work with neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and creative children and teens navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, attachment, school stress, grief, and life transitions. Many of the children I see struggle to put their feelings into words or haven't connected with traditional talk therapy. I provide evidence-based counseling through art therapy, nature-based art therapy—including therapeutic gardening when appropriate—or a combination of both, helping children express themselves, regulate emotions, build confidence, and develop coping skills in ways that match how they naturally learn and communicate.
Your child doesn't have to fit a therapy model—we'll find the approach that fits them. Sessions are individualized using evidence-based counseling through art therapy, nature-based art therapy, therapeutic gardening, traditional talk therapy, or a combination, helping children develop confidence, coping skills, and emotional resilience.
