I believe that everyone possesses the inherent ability to live a joyful life, cultivate fulfilling relationships, and experience wellness. Working with both individuals and couples, I provide a compassionate space to navigate complex life challenges and heal underlying wounds. Areas of Specialization: Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, trauma, complex trauma, attachment challenges, grief, relationship difficulties and disordered eating. To best support your unique journey, I integrate evidence-based and experiential modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), Brainspotting, PACT Couples Counseling.

Our work may also incorporate somatic processing, nervous system regulation, nature therapy, expressive arts or Sandtray therapy. I am also certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Please see my website for more information (offered virtually only at this time).

I have been working in the field of psychotherapy for 15+ years. I received my Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Nature Therapy from Naropa University in 2011. Womem’s Connection Circle

This group offers interactive, hands-on learning and growth experience. In community we will explore practices and principles that foster empowerment, connection and healing. Eight consecutive Mondays, starting Sept 19th 2022, 2 of the 8 sessions will be held in a private outdoor space in nature. Group will be capped at 8 participants to create connection and safety. Total cost $560. Requirements: A desire to continue your healing journey with other like-minded women, 20 years and older. Artemis' Dancing Ways- A Program for Adventurous Girls Girls will create masks and play with movement and dance while interacting with the skills of making fire, finding clean water, finding or creating shelter, nurturing themselves with wild foods, empowering themselves with plant medicines, shooting arrows, moving through the forest like the animals, silently, camouflaged, aware and fully alive.
