Your time is about you and your needs, so I always try to emphasize that level of control you have over the session. Some see therapy as going to someone who gives advice or their own opinion. I see it as a therapist providing the space and tools for you to come do the work you're wanting to achieve.
My primary populations currently include adolescents, young adults, and other helping professionals. I offer a variety of treatment options such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, exposure and response prevention, and solutions-focused therapy in order to tailor your therapeutic experience.
