I integrate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which uses eye movements and voluntary image replacement for rapid relief and recovery from distressing images and difficult sensations. ART is very effective in treating trauma (one-time incidents or complex trauma), anxiety, phobias, grief & more, providing relief & resolution rapidly, in fewer sessions and therefore at a lower cost overall.
