Fine Tuning Psychotherapy: Online Therapy for Individuals, Families and Couples to Find Harmony in your Relationships. Everyone deserves to be heard. So often, when when we are in need of connection, connection fails. Many of us have been hurt. Sometimes we get caught in a destructive pattern where the people who matter the most to us react defensively, making it impossible for us to show our vulnerability.
I have a creative problem-solving approach to therapy, offering new perspectives. Very small, doable adjustments in behavior may bring about true transformation in a relationship. And it starts with our relationship with ourselves - acknowledging and valuing our different parts that may be be challenging to tame but make us unique.
I have helped people of all ages and from a variety of cultures to navigate challenges in their relationships. I'm trained in a wide variety of therapeutic modalities and constantly strive to develop my skills. Before becoming a therapist, I was a music teacher.
