I am a Queer Trans mixed race therapist. I care deeply about work I do. I would be honored to explore working together. My clients are all ages, exploring gender and sexual identity, religious and spiritual identity, racial identity, and neurodivergence.
Often genuinely curious about deeper understandings of themselves and how they move in the world. I enjoy working with creative thinkers, folks who enjoy challenging themselves, and creating their own visions/move against the grain. I also enjoy working with athletes and folks who are curious about the connection between physical and mental health.
I strive to offer a curious, open, and gentle approach to therapy. I care deeply about the impacts of historical structural power, questioning dominant discourses and stories, how you make meaning of your stories, enriching preferred stories we tell ourselves. I work from Narrative, Feminist, Psychodynamic, and Relational approaches.
It takes a lot of courage to (re)start therapy. I welcome consults, even if you are unsure if this is the right time to start or I am the right fit for you. We can talk through options to best support you on your journeys!

Groups
ADHD: Symptoms and Superpowers
This group is an 8 week group to process navigating ADHD through a non-pathologizing, neurodivergent affirming lens. This will be space to support one another in the ways that ADHD impacts folks everyday and discuss ways that neurodivergence offers unique strengths and even superpowers. Folks with ADHD often experience shame and feel misunderstood around how they navigate the world. A common misconception is that ADHD symptoms only impact people in negative ways, stopping them from reaching goals and performing daily tasks. My hope for this group is that you leave with more tools, support, and affirmation for navigating ADHD.
