My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and relational therapy, with thoughtful integration of evidence-based tools when helpful. I believe our past experiences and relationships often shape the ways we cope, connect, and understand ourselves. Therapy can help bring awareness to these patterns and create space for more authentic and intentional change.
