Through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I support clients in strengthening their connection to thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations. Often we become overwhelmed by the narratives surrounding our lives. I guide clients toward discovering what exists beyond their thought patterns. I am a Level 2 Trained IFS Therapist.
