Our lives are the stories of our being in the world, and I work with individuals, couples, and families to look at the big picture of the story of YOUR life. We will explore not only the “how” of your life and the challenges that it brings, but also the “why” of these same issues, so that you can finally make some progress and begin to live with greater fulfillment and ease of being in the world.
I use an integrative, client centered approach, where we incorporate mindfulness, narrative, experiential, and other work depending on the best fit. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and meditation practitioner, and I'd be happy to work with you on a practice that will help you feel more balanced and connected in the world.
