I offer both traditional face-to-face counseling as well as online video counseling. Issues are viewed through a family systems theory conceptual lens. Change is fostered through an integrative model of Cognitive Behavioral Modification and Solution-Focused Narrative Therapy.

I have experience working with a broad spectrum of life issues: depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, ADHD stress management, family relationships; Both in adolescent and adult therapy settings.
