I believe counseling is an opportunity to work through pain and suffering, develop resiliency which can be carried forward into life, and experience healing, freedom, purpose, and self-acceptance.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, currently completing post-graduation clinical hours for licensure, and I remain under supervision until I complete the licensure process.
I work with people of all ages, and have a particular focus on areas such as trauma, spirituality and deconstruction, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relational issues. Starting from a Person-Centered approach, I integrate other theories and techniques such as Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and AEDP.
