Working with your child or young adult, I can help ease symptoms, get to the root of the problem, and work on building new skills for coping, while building confidence, connection, and emotional regulation.

I help younger children, as well as teens and young adults, navigate challenging emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, but therapy looks different for different ages. With young children, I utilize play, but in a structured way. For teens and young adults, I use a mix of talk therapy and activities all with the goal of building new skills to thrive.

You want the best for your child, yet you may be feeling stuck and unsure how to help. I've been privileged to witness the transformations that happen not only for kids and teens, but for the family as a whole through therapy. Together, we can learn new strategies to ease stress and achieve new goals.
