I support young children, teens, and young adults in navigating difficult emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, with therapy tailored to each age group. For young children, I use structured play therapy, while for teens and young adults, I combine talk therapy and activities to help them build new skills and thrive.

You want the best for your child, but it’s natural to feel stuck or uncertain about how to support them. I've had the privilege of witnessing meaningful transformations, not only in kids and teens but within the whole family, through therapy.
