I support children, teens, and young adults in navigating difficult emotions, thoughts, and behaviors with age-appropriate approaches. I use structured play therapy with younger children and combine talk therapy with interactive skill-building for teens and young adults to foster emotional growth.

As a parent, it’s only natural to want the best for your child and sometimes feel unsure about how to support their emotional well-being. Therapy provides a safe, compassionate space where your child or teen can grow and create meaningful change. I help kids and young adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression and the impact on other symptoms such as procrastination, difficulty sleeping, behavioral and academic challenges. For kids, the first session will be with the parents to gain a clear perspective of challenges and concerns before meeting with your child.
