I offer a safe and supportive space to share and heal. The modalities I use are Trauma informed CBT, DBT, motivation and Mindfulness. I also offer EMDR Therapy. EMDR targets & reprocesses traumatic/ distressing memories, allowing the mind to heal and find new meaning- leaving the past in the past and giving you strength, insight and peace in the present.
Quick tip: Adopt a Surfer's Mentality. A surfer accepts there are days they can't seem to stay balanced and will struggle, but there's always another wave and opportunity. Surfers also know when they catch a wave to enjoy that moment because it's temporary, the ride will end. Highs and lows are part of the same experience, don't hold on too tight to either.
