Choosing a therapist can be difficult, but it doesn't have to be. You only have to call if you are interested in starting therapy with me. I have a number of specializations: from Drug Addiction issues to Depression/Anxiety: from sessions while hiking to group therapy for anxiety, dyslexia, depression, gender transitional, gender fluid individuals and lastly cutters/self Harm. I particularly do well with teenagers: angry, lost, without focus, and those teens that are perpetually sad/distracted. House Calls, Hiking and Biking therapy sessions are an option if you would like.
I have specialized in Chemical Dependency from the age of 13 when a friend OD'd and passed away: Drug addiction became a strong focus for me to learn and master to help with my grief. I have over 25 years counseling addicts, allow me to help change your life.
With Covid-19 I am disinfecting my office between each patient: I also provide phone therapy sessions for those who desire a bigger dose of personal space during this time of uncertainty. My hiking sessions also provide the space recommended to facilitate safety in this time of a pandemic.

This group will be invitation only, each person will have to be seen individually to qualify for fit within the group to maintain the safest place for YOU the trans(gendered) trans-sexual, Fluid-Gendered teen, regardless of current status. The group will focus on the needs of the participants in the moment and discuss their journey to their current place on this planet. I hope to provide and cultivate a safe and trusting environment for each person and their needs.
