I enjoy using cognitive-behavioral therapy and teaching distress tolerance skills to address anxiety. Activity scheduling for depression, and the Gottman method for couples. We will work to improve your quality of life and relationships. Most of all, I wish for you to have hope that it won’t always be this hard!
