I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in our sessions. That means we use science backed tools to learn how to disagree and fight in healthy and constructive ways that bring you closer together. Instead of chasing blame we identify the places your communication is breaking down and figure how to fix it together.
I don’t believe in one right way to love. I believe that all types of relationships can be healthy - Monogamy, non-monogamy, open or closed. My job isn’t to tell you which one is correct. I just help you build the version that makes you both happy. What I know for sure is that if you stay curious and want to learn there’s a path forward.
