I believe that all life is relational, that we are bound to one another in harm and healing, sharing and shame. Therapy can be a place to explore our histories and patterns of being together and practice ways to move forward towards greater wholeness, healing, and a meaningful life. I seek to encounter all my clients with curiosity, openness, nonjudgement, care and justice. I enjoy working with clients who hope to meet themselves more fully, who are open to their depths, who believe that relationships can be transformational.
I root my work in liberatory frameworks including anti-racist/decolonized practice, queer theory, disability justice, and use a health at every size lens. My practice seeks to be affirming and welcoming to people of all gender and sexual experiences, relationship structures, in bodies of every kind.
Whether you come to therapy as an individual or as a relationship, it is an honor to hold your stories and discover new possibilities together. Therapy is a practice of storytelling, and I hope to offer you opportunities to share and shape your stories. I use a variety of tools including mindfulness, writing, somatic practices and the natural world.
