Do you want to feel better emotionally, but you don't want to focus on dragging up and rehashing the past negative experiences? This is not your typical therapy. In this therapy we are going to focus on re-wiring the brain to notice and live in a state of rest, relaxation, and enjoyment. We are going to focus on implementing lifestyle choices that create overall wellbeing and practice the tools that make happy people happier. I have experience helping people with a wide variety of mental health needs. I work with couples and individuals ages twelve and older.
