I support clients who are in the perinatal period (pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum), adjust to their new role as a parent. Often times, we become overwhelmed with the demands of parenthood. Some of us are juggling jobs, other children, our relationship, our homes, our extended family, and friends with limited downtime. It is my goal, to help you feel prepared for parenthood in addition to adjust to your new life.
I support individuals in the perinatal period address mental health issues impacting their daily lives. While in session, I am able to assess, diagnose, and treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Therapeutic support I specialize in are PPD, postpartum anxiety, perinatal grief, prenatal depression, prenatal anxiety, postpartum PTSD, postpartum OCD.
