I support clients who struggle with depression and forms of anxiety. Often times, we become overwhelmed with the demands of life. Some of us are juggling jobs, children, our relationship, our homes, extended family, and friends with limited downtime. It is my goal, to help you feel prepared for life’s challenges in addition to adjust and cope with stressors.
I support individuals as they go through life’s challenges. While in session, I am able to assess, diagnose, and treat mood and anxiety disorders. I help address stressors and trauma related to family, romantic relationships, work, and social interactions. I specialize in generalized anxiety, depression, OCD, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
