If you are in need of help for your mental wellness I encourage you to seek a skilled professional to guide you. I have over 25 years of experience counseling individuals and families from diverse backgrounds through life events such as family disruption, adoption, infertility, chronic illness and bereavement. I am prepared to help you navigate life’s transitions and challenges with compassion and hope.
I am currently providing therapy from my home office via Tele-therapy. Each of my clients will have an experience as unique as they are. I draw from several psychological approaches and evidence based practices. I have training in mindfulness and self compassion and am happy to share what I have learned.
