Therapy is deeply personal and intimate. Everyone deserves a space to express emotions, explore relationships, and understand personal history. Together, we will rely on curiosity and collaboration towards a deepened self-exploration.
My therapeutic approach is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, focused on meeting you where you are. Within a psychoanalytic framework, we explore what shapes who you are—your unique history, inner world, and how these influence your current experiences and well-being.
I am currently a candidate at the Metropolitan Center for Training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and hold specialized training in childhood trauma and eating disorder recovery. I have worked with clients ages 14-75 from diverse racial, ethnic, religious, gender, sexuality, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
