Is stress doing strange things to your body? Difficulties with family, work, and friends can make our eyes twitch, our jaws clench, and our stomachs ache for weeks on end. If we could...somehow...find the energy to pay attention to what's happening (in our bodies and in our lives), then we could learn what we need to feel better. The truth is, the thought of focusing on any sort of struggle can be scary. I can guide you through this. I'm a compassionate being who is deeply familiar with the mind-body connection, from both sides of the couch. My gift to you today is a wealth of knowledge and experience in suffering and healing.
It turns out that there are gentle-yet-effective ways to pay attention to our struggle and find clarity in it. Through a careful blend of talk therapy and mind-body techniques, we can listen closely to your experiences, identify the roots of your suffering, and help you achieve more peace and strength from the inside out.
If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to learn more by booking a phone call with me. Over the phone, you are welcome to share how things are going for you, what you're hoping to address, and any questions you have for me. I would be happy to hear from you. If you're hesitant to book the call, my website can offer some clarity about how I work.

Over the course of 8-10 weeks, you'll have the opportunity to share eczema stories, learn about the mind-body connection and mindfulness principles, and practice therapeutic techniques to use in your everyday life.
