Helping couples improve their relationship is my specialty! My goal is to help create a mutually loving and respectful relationship, and for each partner to feel understood and have their needs met.
I am trained in a variety of modalities and integrate them based on your specific needs and situation. In addition, I have extensive training in Couples Counseling using the Gottman Method. I combine professional knowledge with personal experience to create an effective, down-to -earth approach to therapy people relate to.
