After many years of practicing therapy, my passion is using my experience and expertise to empower women. We are at a pivotal moment in our society and the unique obstacles that women face are louder and clearer than ever. I am skilled at using a strengths base approach to inspire confidence and empower my clients to overcome the obstacles they face. Whether it is an important relationship, the medical system, or the corporate world. My clients uncover ways to be more true to themselves while confronting problems.
Using talk therapy, I highlight the unique abilities and insights my clients often already possess. I also offer coping skills, reframes, and a fresh perspective when the solutions in my client's intelligent minds just aren't producing the desired results.
