As a Licensed Professional Therapist, I specialize in helping men and families navigate the challenges that impact their mental health. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, relational issues, or family conflict, my goal is to help you build the tools and resilience to regain control and thrive.
I work primarily with adult men and teens (14 and up) but also specialize in family therapy, helping families strengthen their connections and resolve conflict. Using a combination of IFS, DBT, CBT, person-centered care, and trauma-informed practices, I focus on understanding the root of your struggles while developing actionable strategies for growth.
