I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help clients access and process deeper layers of their emotional and psychological experience. Our work together includes not only guided ketamine sessions but also essential integration work afterward to help solidify insights and make meaningful changes in your life. In addition to KAP, I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is an evidence-based approach particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, and depression.My goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore and release what no longer serves you.
I work with adults and couples. I use KAP and EMDR with individuals to foster healing and growth. Trained in the Gottman Method, I support couples in building stronger connections and navigating challenges. Whether individually or together, I provide a safe, compassionate space for meaningful change.
