I specialize in treating anxiety, panic, OCD, and phobias that have not improved with general therapy. This work is active and targeted. We focus on changing how you respond to anxiety and helping you re-enter situations you have been avoiding. The goal is not to eliminate anxiety, but to reduce its control over your life.
