Groups
Cutting back and Moderating Alcohol Use
Has your drinking increased since the start of covid? It has for a lot of people and quitting altogether isn't the only option. This group will take a harm-reduction approach to drinking and will help members moderate use and develop a healthier relationship with alcohol. With support and accountability built in, members will create a plan for moderating use and will learn healthier alternatives to dealing with everyday stress and anxiety.
