Many of the people I work with are used to being the person others depend on. They are first responders, healthcare professionals, helping professionals, supervisors, parents, shift workers, and other high-responsibility adults who spend much of their lives caring for others while quietly carrying stress, burnout, grief, trauma, or difficult experiences of their own. After more than 30 years as a firefighter-paramedic, I understand what it is like to function under pressure, make difficult decisions, and keep moving forward when others are counting on you. I help first responders, healthcare workers, shift workers, and other high-responsibility adults navigate burnout, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Drawing on 30+ years as a firefighter-paramedic, I offer practical, values-focused therapy grounded in ACT, Gestalt, and DBT-informed approaches.
