I love to work with motivated clients, no matter how difficult it may be because I realize change is tough. I offer a unique approach for those trying to change patterns of thinking, break cycles of dysfunction and release pent up feelings. While not an approach i push I do offer faith-based counseling for those requesting it. I work well with those dealing with anxiety, relational issues, and trauma. Many clients seek me out for help with meditation, self discovery, spiritual counseling, health and weight goals, reducing depression and just having a place where they can "figure themselves out."
I am the clinical director of MercyHouse of Meadville. In addition to being a licensed therapist, I am an herbalist, a healing touch and medical qigong practicioner. I have extensive training in trauma and integrative medicine as it relates to mental health. Its my hope to bring all these tools to the table to fit your needs.
My lifes passion is healing and I'd love the chance to share what God and my 20 plus years of experience has taught me and help you find personal, whole, healing. I've come to realize that all of healing can be summed up in "releasing and restoring." So lets get started releasing and restoring.
