I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience providing couples, individual, and family therapy. I have been in private practice for more than 20 years and find this work deeply meaningful and engaging.
I specialize in helping couples and families navigate relationship challenges, including marital conflict, divorce, separation, and the complex dynamics of blended families.
I also support individuals and couples facing major life transitions, such as changes in relationships, career shifts, parenting challenges, and other periods of adjustment.
I also treat individuals with mental health issues.
My approach is focused on helping clients build concrete skills for change. I have extensive experience working with people in crisis and have helped individuals and groups navigate critical incidents and emergency situations. Because of this, I'm not easily alarmed by difficult topics. I strive to provide a safe, grounded presence during vulnerable moments.

Originally from Ohio, I completed my undergraduate studies in Utah and earned my master’s degree in Philadelphia. These varied environments shaped both my clinical perspective and my ability to connect with people from many walks of life.
