About
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, issues related to drug and alcohol use, behavioral problems, relationship issues, self harm, suicidality, and questions regarding gender and sexual orientation. I find it most helpful to discuss your goals for therapy and your hopes and aspirations from the start, as well as to explore the challenges which have led you to this place in life, in order to help you create a path toward the life that you seek. It is through recognizing your strengths that you begin to feel more confident in addressing the challenges you face
I'm experienced in a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal approaches which emphasize improving communication and relationships among individuals and families, and I'll work with you to find an approach that best meets your needs and goals in order to support lasting positive change
It is my goal and aspiration to make the process of working with a psychologist as positive and constructive as possible. If you are in need of support, or looking for support for someone you're close with, please do not hesitate to reach out to discuss any questions you might have. I look forward to speaking with you
