I work on problem solving techniques often as quick as the first session, when applicable, because you come here for help. As a therapist, I am here to guide you in the direction you determine. I am not here to "tell you what to do", but rather help you focus on your issues, form goals, and attain those goals. Often I will used testing and other techniques to help identify problem areas, and therefore solutions, so that you may move on with your life.
I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Talk Therapy primarily, although I may use multimodal techniques. In our general practice, we treat children and adults with specific counseling techniques depending on the individual's needs.
I also specialize in diagnosinig child and adult autism spectrum disorder. If you have suspected autistic children, or know parents who have suspected autistic children, ADHD, or other childhood disorders, I am a certified autism specialist. I will diagnosis your child and assist in getting them the help they need.
