I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years' experience. My approach to psychotherapy is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel they can be themselves. My clients include people from all walks of life who want to work on issues such as difficult relationships, stress/anxiety, depression, conflict with family/friends, loss, difficult workplace situations, codependence, and those who are highly sensitive. I strive to help each client develop his/her own skills to reach their goals, to develop more fulfilling lives, to feel better and have more satisfying relationships.
Many of my clients are highly accomplished professionals who find themselves wanting more from their lives. I have worked extensively with individuals in senior leadership and management positions in both corporate and nonprofit arenas as well as many LGBTQ clients. I have an empathic, interactive style to help us create a space for hope and possibility.
My graduate training at the Danielsen Institute at Boston University included a specialization in the integration of spirituality and psychotherapy. Many of the people I work with want to improve their spiritual as well as emotional well-being. I also have a background in the corporate world as well as nonprofit arts management and the performing arts.
