I am a passionate Licensed Therapist (LT) with 7 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples. My experience allows me to understand the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and treat anxiety, stress, trauma, men's issues, family issues, teen issues, depression, personality disorders, and much more.
I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health at Adams State University in Colorado. As a military spouse, I have extensive experience navigating the stressors that life can bring. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and many other approaches to best support you.
