With more than 15 years of counseling experience, I have seen the toughest trials and the greatest triumphs. I’ve seen hopelessness change to confidence, fear turn to peace, and sadness into joy. And, while therapy isn’t always easy, the results are worth the effort. I personally utilize CBT treatments for anxiety and/or depressive-based disorders and Motivational Interviewing for addiction related struggles. Lastly, I consider spiritual health, physical health, and emotional health to all be equally important to one’s psychological well-being.
My knowledge and experience are primarily in the fields of anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, and addictions. I'm also experienced working with couples in premarital and marital counseling. Also, I continue to offer Telehealth appointments if you do not live local. So, feel free to reach out if you’d like video or phone sessions.
