I work with clients across the lifespan with a diverse range of difficulties in life. I am especially experienced in working with people with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Symptoms of each of these disorders can often leave people feeling misunderstood, anxious, or depressed. I am here to help you understand yourself, take control of your thoughts and actions, and live an unburdened and authentic life!
I am trained to help individuals take a deeper look into the thoughts that drive our behavior. My goal is to collaborate with my clients, helping them learn more about themselves, and how they can create change within their lives. I am trained in methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Whether you feel stuck in old habits or overwhelmed with what life has presented to you, I am here to provide a listening ear and an atmosphere of support.
