In addition to being an EMDR trained trauma specialist, I have worked in a hospital, a family clinic, private practice and in people's homes. So my experience includes helping with anxiety, depression, tough decision making, career choices, couples problems, trauma, and dealing with change . Feeling stuck does not have to be inevitable.
