With over 20 years of experience as a trauma-informed therapist, I offer a nonjudgmental safe relationship through which to look beneath the surface to find the causes and solutions to your troubles, not to “just manage” through coping skills. My psychoanalytic therapy training means that we won’t just talk about your week–we will explore the deeper pattern.
I believe the strongest therapeutic approach happens in person. My practice is in the heart of Dover-Foxcroft, where I provide a private, grounded environment for sessions (with limited telehealth options available).
