My training and passion center around providing children, adults, adolescents, and families who feel emotionally overwhelmed, depressed, or disconnected, from carrying life’s challenges alone. Many come to me seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, stress, grief, or personal growth. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where we focus on healing and clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Through therapy, psychoeducation, and practical coping tools, we help clients build healthier relationships, improve emotional wellness, and gain mental clarity to move forward with confidence and hope.

I help clients identify the root causes of emotional distress, build healthier coping strategies, establish boundaries, strengthen self-esteem, and develop emotional awareness. I work children who have behavior concerns by focusing on emotional connection, family dynamics and communication. I support the child and parent to create a healthy relationship.

My mission is not only to help people cope with life’s challenges but to help them heal, thrive, and move forward with confidence, purpose, and hope. I don't have a waitlist and am able to see any client within a weeks time.
