Thank you for visiting my profile. I am the founder and clincial director of Wondrous Heights Counseling (WHC). I have offices located in both Chevy Chase and Gaithersburg MD. I specialize in working with children and adult who are dealing with grief, loss, and difficult transitions. I also assist client's who struggle with anxiety and depresson. Client's appreciate my supportive and non-judgemental approach to therapy.
My approach is to provide support with insight and clear feedback to help people address current challenges and long-standing issues. I use a variety of methods which include Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Client Centered Therapy to help people bring resolution to a wide variety of concerns.
