I specialize in working with couples and I gravitate especially towards those experiencing excess conflict. Relationships are the foundation of our daily lives and romantic partnerships can easily end up the centerpiece for our fulfillment, growth, and vitality. In any longer term pairing, there will be moments of turbulence, doubt, and even contempt - but with increased understanding and heightened communication, a couple can reach a level of secure functioning that allows space for both partners to find happiness in the relationship.
I've acquired couples training that focuses on attachment, neuroscience, and recognizing interaction patterns that tend to derail healthy communication. With this specialized approach we're able to get down to the core of what a person truly wants (and why), while also identifying potential hurdles and setbacks to further development.
I'm drawn to this work as of the result my own experiences in the romantic sphere - both good and bad. And I'm inspired by the ones who've made it this far, to this page, in searching for some answers in how to keep not just their relationship alive, but also the romantic spark and hope that lives inside all of us.
