I support high-achieving young adults navigating anxiety, depression & relationship challenges. Together, we explore how conscious and unconscious patterns shaped by past experiences influence your wellbeing and your most important relationships. My insight-oriented approach creates room for growth and change, including healthier and more fulfilling relationships; deeper understanding and acceptance of your true self; and a stronger ability to navigate conflict and communicate your wants and needs in relationship.

I apply training in psychodynamic practice, liberation health & mindfulness practices to support clients. My approach is informed by practicum at Harvard University, where I provided psychodynamic support to students, including students marginalized on account of gender, race & sexuality, and young adults recovering from traumatic experiences.
