About
My philosophy is that therapy is a team approach, and I view myself as a fellow traveler walking alongside my clients on their therapeutic journey. I believe that we all deserve a place where we can explore our thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental setting. People's thoughts, ideals, values, and opinions are important to them, and I offer a therapeutic environment that allows individuals to explore these without bias or judgment. In addition, I have a deep passion for helping individuals explore life transitions at any stage, as well as those suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship issues.
I hold an Associate Marriage and Family Therapy license and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in California. My sessions are based on person-centered therapy, which brings autonomy and empowerment to the individual. I have supported adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults in various areas of growth and exploration.
You are not alone on this path, and I will walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey. You deserve a safe space to express your thoughts, feelings, and emotions and to gain support and validation. So let's work in tandem to navigate the areas of growth you want to work on and create the life you want.
