I typically sees clients struggling with Anxiety-Related Disorders, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Depression, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). My primary training focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I also incorporate other evidence-based modalities, such as ACT, DBT, and MBCT.
I have been a Registered Behavioral Technician for three years, providing individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis services for children and adults with Autism and related disabilities, to help decrease challenging behaviors and increase adaptable behaviors. This background provides me with experience interacting with individuals on the spectrum.
