When we feel safe in relationships trust and love can regrow. We will work together to provide you and your loved one/s with the experience of feeling of being emotionally safe to be able to verbalize the things that are hard to say or get you into fights. I get clients to slow down so that both feels seen and heard by the therapist and then by each other.
